Here's How We Got Started
Where We Started
We began our journey in 1992 as Printer Plus Services, founded by Apurva Dave under the Wipro, Epson Support Network. Starting with dot matrix printers, we steadily expanded into HP printers, computing, servers, AMC, and FMS services, building a strong foundation in IT infrastructure support and service execution.
Expanding into Software
In 2000, we entered the software solutions space, beginning with SMS-based automation tools to support growing business requirements. This expansion led to our rebranding from Printer Plus Services Pvt. Ltd. to Innova Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd., marking our evolution into a broader technology solutions company.
Scaling Through Flood-IT
Between 2009–10, we successfully delivered the Flood-IT project for cooperative banks. This milestone strengthened our large-scale project capabilities and led to the launch of IT Retail (HP, Samsung, Lenovo, Sony VAIO) and Web & Software Solutions for enterprises. During this phase, we also launched InSyPay, our HRMS platform.
Entering ELV & Automation
We formally entered the ELV and automation domain through the acquisition of Navkar Informatics, enabling us to deliver integrated solutions including CCTV, access control, networking, smart automation, and fire systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
